The Hunter Biden Thread

What happened to the days where a judge would tell the deadbeat dad to get two jobs or go to jail?

Well he’s a total POS but 60K is 60K. For perspective I believe the maximum amount for one child in TN is 25,200 a year. He doesn’t have seem to have a source of income so the judges hands are a little tied.

Wonder which Chinaman is going to be footing the bill.

I was just joking. I think it should be a flat rate no matter the income. Well….maybe not a flat rate but a cap on the upper end. Too many women target men with money to get a free ride for 20 years. Even on the low end guys who work their butt off to pay are usually just supplementing the chic’s hobbies/lifestyle. In my world alimony would not exist either.

IRS Whistleblower claims US Attorney David Weiss said he WAS NOT in charge of deciding if Hunter faced federal charges and that an attorney in DC appointed by Joe Biden made call

An IRS whistleblower claimed Wednesday night Trump-appointed US attorney David Weiss told him he was not in charge of deciding whether or not Hunter Biden faced federal charges - and that a Joe Biden-appointed attorney made the call.

Gary Shapley, in an interview with Fox News, described an October 7, 2022, meeting with top IRS and FBI officials on the investigation into President Joe Biden's son.

'I was there, and I witnessed this personally,' Shapley said, noting Weiss started by saying 'he's not the deciding person whether or not charges are filed or not.'

Shapley claimed the final decision was made by officials in Washington DC. He noted Weiss meet with the Matthew Graves, the US Attorney for the District of Columbia, who was appointed by President Joe Biden, in March 2022.

'After that occurred, he was no longer looking to charge,' Shapley said.

SHOCK: The New York Times has confirmed that Biden's Attorney General lied under oath to Congress. America's paper of record confirmed that Weiss was blocked from bringing additional charges against Hunter and his father. This is bigger than WaterGate.

Was Garland Lying? New York Times Confirms Weiss was Blocked from Bringing Additional Charges
Here is the actual article. Paywalled though.
Competing Accounts of Justice Dept.’s Handling of Hunter Biden Case

Here is what it apparently says -

But in mid-2022, Mr. Weiss reached out to the top federal prosecutor in Washington, Matthew Graves, to ask his office to pursue charges and was rebuffed, according to Mr. Shapley’s testimony," The Times wrote Tuesday.

A similar request to prosecutors in the Central District of California, which includes Los Angeles, was also rejected, Mr. Shapley testified. A second former I.R.S. official, who has not been identified, told House Republicans the same story

And here it is -
That episode was confirmed independently to The New York Times by a person with knowledge of the situation."

So is the New York Times saying Merrick Garland lied to Congress?

At least they could have sprung for a gaming chair and a wired stick and pedal controller more appropriate for the job. A regular game controller is Micky Mouse stuff.
Maybe some hot pockets
I have no idea what the law is here. But can a father petition the court to prevent his offspring from using his surname?

Is that something you have to ask permission for?

It would have to come at a price that is market value to the last name. Say 10% guaranteed of Family’s Estate until 18 years of age, plus back pay since birth with a 10% interest.

He will go down in history as the biggest potato head POTUS we’ve ever had . If he didn’t have handlers he would be in a home eating apple sauce with multiple staff members making him take his maintenance drugs . Since he has handlers , this dementia patient gets to scribble his name to presidential EO’s . You can’t make this up .

Bet you never though we'd see the day when the WH is an assisted care facility ... with the primary inmate thinking he's running the asylum.

Yes but my SIL is the victim of a douchebag just like Hunter. He has the capability to work in a fairly lucrative field, (nursing) but would rather sit on ass playing video games and watching TV. So when they divorced, he claimed no income and she is paying HIM alimony. She is doing the right thing in providing for their child, but he gets the payout. That knife cuts both ways.

Ouch. That definitely seems like a rare and unique situation. Like I said I don’t believe in alimony in any circumstance unless it’s agreed upon. Whoever has custody the other should be paying some amount in support. If there’s joint custody they can work it out on their own.

Again, with the twitter rando screeching "Crimes", and not a single citation to any evidence.

yawn.

YGHN

How about the “10% for the big the guy to be held by H” text and then the same guy calling Joe Biden the “big guy” in other messages.

Approx 2 months later Hunter sends the infamous “my dad is right here” message saying how he expected them to honor their commitment immediately or him and his dad would come after them.

5 days later they send 100k to Hunter and then within 10 days of that message they send another 5 million.

On top of all this, Joe had 5 million dollars in unexplained income.

Hunter has also implied while texting his kids that his work as a middle man for his dad “I hope you all can what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years, it’s really hard. But don’t worry. Unlike Pop I won’t make you give me half your salary”

Given those are all facts, how can you proclaim there’s no evidence of crimes? Does this not seem like something that should be investigated?

It's even better. He has a sugar momma. So he gets to take the child on all kinds of expensive vacations to exotic places. I think they are going to Alaska later in the summer. Mom can't do that. He doesn't pay Jack shiz.

That’s crazy. A good friend of mine had an ex wife that would take him to court every year every time he got a raise. She even tried to get his 401k.

Hunter Biden's Four-Year-Old Daughter won't get his last name - but will Get one of his Paintings: Settlement agreement with baby mama reveals president's son will give child a piece of his Artwork Worth Up To $500,000 (and she can keep the profits)

  • Their redacted agreement was released by a court in Arkansas on Thursday
The wording of an agreement reached between Hunter Biden and his Arkansas baby mama was published Thursday, and it shows his four-year-old daughter will be given some of his paintings even if she won't get his surname.

But they show Biden, who took up painting as part of his recovery from alcohol and drug addiction, must hand over some of his finished canvases.

'The child shall select the painting which shall either be sent to the child or sent to a gallery designated by Lunden Roberts,' the order says.

'The net proceeds of any sales of paintings shall be wired to an account designated by Lunden Roberts.'

The deal ends years of bitter legal wrangling between Biden and Lunden Roberts over support for four-year-old Navy Joan Roberts, pictured here with her mother

That could prove to be a very tidy haul with the novice artist's paintings valued at up to $500,000, thanks in part to his famous name ... a name that Navy will not be able to use.

I have wrestled with alimony as well but call me a softie if a couple makes a decision where the wife stays home and 25 years later they divorce that wife would be ill equipped to enter the workforce and if she does it's not in the highest income brackets for sure.

I have a feeling it’s not the art that’s worth 500k. I’m willing to change my mind if some of his work is going for half a million on the secondary market.
