The three things I’ve mentioned are all confirmed as real. I believe what you’re trying to say is “there’s no evidence of money moving from Hunter to Joe, other than Hunter Biden’s claims”

the missing link is whether or not Joe took any actions as a government official in exchange for cash to him or his family; I suppose even showing he had involvement and didn't take actions would be scandalous enough

I suppose if he (Joe) took any actions after he left office to help these clients he may be guilty of some FARA violation

It's stunning to me that with what we know so far that Hunter hasn't faced FARA charges but apparently they only get used to get people you want to get but can't find another way.

I think it's pretty clear Hunter was selling access to Joe and that Joe played along. Whether that access resulted in crimes is one thing but it's sure is slimy as hell.

It’s pretty damn insulting to anybody with even a partially functioning brain. It’s even beyond going to sit on a runway in the privacy of a government aircraft to discuss grand kids.

Seems like that little conversation over grandchildren (and not hiliary's issues with handling classified documents) might have also tied up air traffic - pretty amazing what is normal and reasonable in the dim political world.

All these politicians manage to get filthy rich from public servant wages. Years ago I naively believed it was only from inside trading.

That's exactly the point; they absolutely don't want that first ding in the wall because you never know where it will lead. However, dems with all the aptitude of a toddler are still going after a president like there's no chance it will come back and bit them in the azz. Apparently they think it's different ... something like they believe they are attacking the person and not the position.
