All you really need to know is that the dailKOS contributed to the article.

I realize the left and it's media allies are scared. Obama was supposed to cruise to an easy election victory in a year when the democrats simply shouldn't lose. Then comes Sarah Palin and the left goes absolutely nuts with fear.

As much as stories like the above disgust me, I encourage the left to keep it up. McCain/Palin are trending ahead in the polls and Obama's sycophantic media supporters have exposed themselves as charlatans.

smoke and mirrors. Like to see one of these timelines of Obama's mother at the time of BO's conception.

Where do you people get these ideas? Honestly.

Maybe you deserved 8 years of Bush/Cheney. Of loss of civil liberties. Of a war your great-great-great-great grandchildren will be paying for. Of the mastermind of 9-11 still on the loose. Of a monumental housing crisis. Of a set-back in alternative energy exploration and R&D, of ignoring science in the pursuit of curing disease, of a Category 2 hurricane that could flood a city and kill 1,500+ people, of blowing through the national budget, of a soaring debt that is likely to stick around for generations.

And, now, you might just deserve a continued path, with the addition of mandatory teaching of creationism in public schools, of allowing the government to ban books in public libraries, of overturning Roe v. Wade, of offshore drilling, of invading Iran, of more jobs going overseas...

Is this the country you want?

the childish pretending that every administration ever doesn't have a huge list of faux calamitous events is just ridiculous. Pretending that your hero Clinton doesn't have an enormous list is just ignorant, but all that national defense and intelligence stuff isn't near as imporatant as the lie about civil liberties, lies about energy setbacks etc.

Get over yourself.

by that argument we should have no laws and just butt out of each others lives. Anarchy should reign supreme, right. I mean what they do is on their conscience not mine... So screw it right

That would be okay with me to a point.

If somebody decides they want to end their pregnancy, why is it any of your business?

I've always wondered why people are so against abortion is the reason I asked in the first place.

Im ok with abortion (first trimester) in two situations. Rape and incest. Otherwise it is just a moronic form of birth control. If you are too dumb to use a condom or be on the pill then you get to learn how to take care of a kid. Its life.

There's already another thread on this -- feel free to contribute.

What if you're not too dumb to use a condom? What if the condom breaks?

Well as long as they are using tax dollars to do these things, then he has every right to consider it his business.

Perhaps for the same reason that so many people are against killing babies.

b/c it's easier for some to lead with their heart instead of their head - thinking requires too much work.

Speaking of media members acting like idiots, according to Drudge, MSNBC has had enough of the sniping between Olberman and Matthews.

MSNBC drops Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews from anchor chair... David Gregory will anchor news coverage of the coming debates and election night.... Developing...

Seems like a strange move 60 days out from the election.

How Olberman parlayed being a ESPN sports anchor to political anchor was quite a leap. Then Matthews went from being on staff of several democratic congressman to political anchor is a complete mystery to me.
