I’m not altering what you said. Knock that **** off. You came in with your own narrative on “not a transcript” and me not taking the bait and playing your game isn’t accusing you of saying things you didn’t say. It’s too childish to be of any concern, right?
So why would you think I’m butthurt over you doing that to me?
The fact that you’re a grown man who is altering what I said to declare yourself the “winner” of a message board... it’s just not normal.
I’m probably not in the shape you are in and probably cannot do your endurance or distance. But it was a good workout for me and I ride a mountain bike on streets and light trails. I’ve got a Trek Marlin 5 29’er 21 speed. Springer front hard tail, hydraulic disk brakes, with a trunk bag and under seat tool bag I put on it. It serves me well.I rode this afternoon and thought it was a good workout. Shrugs.

I asked you a pointed specific question related to the transcript and went into a massive Ali rope-a-dope dance avoiding an answer. That’s not me putting words in your mouth “counselor”. And I’m not buying the “I didn’t see your posts” response there are activity markers on our accounts.
I thought you liked this ****. I thought we agreed quite a while back that we both enjoyed this ******* back and forth.Ok.
But what I am trying to say is I’m done antagonizing you and I apologize if I’ve carried on for too long or taken it too far.

Don’t ever assume when I’m going back and forth with you or anybody else here with mud slinging it’s serious. I try to make it over the top obvious because if I’m trying to actually have a real discussion I’d like that to be clear and I think the people that know my posting style can pick up on it
Ok enough. The nephew is blowing up my phone to come play Fortnite so I’ll spend the rest of the evening being target practice for 15 year olds.
Have a good evening Rocky, to you and yours!
Pot meet kettle lady?As Plato once said of @NorthDallas40 :
and if any one challenges the least particular of their speech, they go ringing on in a long harangue, like brazen pots, which when they are struck continue to sound unless some one puts his hand upon them;
Wise and admirable move.Ok.

And I’m really not trying to be mean but no I don’t view cycling as a serious sport. I don’t view golf as a serious sport either but people make a helluva lot of money playing it
I’m sure it does. It gives me a good workout. But yes by North American measure in my personal opinion it just isn’t a “sport.” To each their own.To each their own.
Obviously it's not mainstream in the U.S., which I assume is where the "pussy sport" comes from.
The faster you go, the tougher it gets.
I'm thinking of taking it up...since moving from ET and losiing out on my fave hobby...hiking I'm trying to find a fun way to stay in shape...biking is really becoming huge here on the gulf coast of Bama...they've been putting sidewalks and you can bike all the way from Point Clear to the top of Mobile Bay...also thinking about stand up paddle boarding....guy I met called it the perfect old man hobby lolI can see cliches that work on the cycling forum don't resonate here.
Oh well.
Get a 29er. The modern day hybrid. Like I posted earlier my Trek Marlin 5 was at a good price point for me at least with quite a few features.I'm thinking of taking it up...since moving from ET and losiing out on my fave hobby...hiking I'm trying to find a fun way to stay in shape...biking is really becoming huge here on the gulf coast of Bama...they've been putting sidewalks and you can bike all the way from Point Clear to the top of Mobile Bay...also thinking about stand up paddle boarding....guy I met called it the perfect old man hobby lol
