Batman Begins was loosely based on comics written by the same guy that had written Sin City, Frank Miller.

The difference between the old Batman movies and the new one is Frank Miller is a damn good writer.

that's not a fair fight, superman can fly and has laser eyes and ridiculous strength. batman is just a guy who celebrates halloween every night, and has some cool vehicles and gadgets.

there was a really cool short-series about this, they kinda called it a tie.

Batman had a kryptonite ring and knocked the crap out of superman, breaking his hand in the process. Superman was not him self (controlled by something, don't remember what).

The argument is, that batman is very smart in the ways of combat, while he really can't go toe-to-toe with superman, he can crafty enough to find a way to beat him.

And yeah...i like comics :)

What makes them more appealing to a larger audience is they are very, very dark compared to the source material. Getting away from what most people think of comics: cheesy guys in tights.


However, we all know this isn't true.....RIGHT?

It is hard to say by the trailer. I hate to say it but it looks similar to the last Hulk movie (a real stinker that OE says does not exist). :)

My hope is that Edward Norton would not associate himself with another stinker.

I agree, Spiderman is really funny if you read the books, he is quite the smart-"butt"

I was always into captain america and iron man growning up. Just two regular dudes, no super powers, just whoopin some tail
