If all of this talk is true, I can't wait to see Alabama playing in a bunch of dresses because there coach can't tell the difference between delivery and DiGiorno(sp?).

i heard his show too. i think cowherd is on target about bama situation, but i have posted before, spurrier has the ego to beleive he can get job done, and the visor will take its place along side of bears houndstooth hat.:zeitung_lesen:

The Herd was hilarious because he compared Alabama fans to a stalker boyfriend. When he calls 13 times a day it is cute, then annoying, then scary and then he is a stalker. I agree with Cowherd they are like the guy in Of Mice and Men who just loves animals to death. They are loving and suffocating that program to death.

going to be sucking wind after this is all over. For one thing Spurrier isn't going anywhere that would put him in the shadow of anyone. Second, he really can't stand Alabama and has said numerous times bama was the biggest cheater in all of FB. Third, he turned Alabama in on 3 different recruiting issues so why would you people want him? Finally Steve has said in public that he is not interested in the Bama job and whether you like him or not, one thing is for certain - Steve Spurrier is not a liar.

Wow. Either way someone's fan base is going to be the most annoying in the SEC.

Either he goes to Bama and they are, or he turns down Bama and SC fans make him more of a God than they already think he is.

Why all this anger?? Does the idea of Spurrier to Bama threaten you? We'll see who sucking when this is all over.

I guess your forgetting that after spurrier left the redskins that he said his college coaching dream job was at eiter Bama or UT.

He has never said NO not one time. What he said was that he had no intentions.

Of course he may not have had intentions, but intentions can change. WHY NOT A STRAIGHT OUT NO??????? Hmmm ask your self that!

Fox 6 Sports anchor in Birmingham just reported that Steve Spurrier has agreed to speak with officials at the University of Alabama to hear their offer. Anchor Rick Karle reported that officials at Bama stated that if he is going to turn down their offer, he is going to do it face to face with them.

Hate to say it everyone, but this just will not go away, it seems to be gaining merit.

If I was SOS making 1.3mil a year at USC, and got offered 3.3mil a year, a big signing bonus and a blank check to bring in who I wanted for coordinators. I wouldn't care what USC thought of my morals tbh.
