I just don't understand not going for 2 when you had a good 2 point play in the bag. Your qb is limping and inexperienced, you are on your second string kicker, Alabama overwhelms you talent wise. Its just common sense that when you have a chance to win it, you give it a shot.

Assuming Michigan, Cincinnati, Notre Dame and the OU/OSU winner all end up undefeated or 1 loss, a 2 loss Alabama isn’t getting in.

If Alabama wins then yes they’ll obviously be in as will Georgia.

But Bama has 1 loss and is ahead of ND and both teams playing in Bedlam. If Bama plays close it’ll be a tough decision for the committee, especially is OU is the only other 1 loss champ. Don’t be shocked to see more upsets though. We’ve seen them all year.

There’s zero argument for ND over Cinci unless Cinci loses. ND hasn’t played a great schedule and Cinci won by 11 at ND. End of story.

People can say whatever they want but Derek Mason may be the best DC in the country after watching his defense keep Bama without a TD until 20 some odd seconds left in the game. His tenure keeping Vandy competitive after Franklin was a positive as well.
