The "knocking players out of the game and season" trend

Appears to continue.

Just saying.

Bad Mojo you could bring. Never comment on injuries unless wishing a quick recovery. Just my opinion.
I'll counter act your bad mojo with equally bad mojo...Dooley Kiffen Dooley.
No worries.

I agree. But damn.
I don't feel sorry for him. Their secondary is dirty as can be. There was one play last year, where one of our WR's catches the ball going across the field. Just as he comes down, a USC DB (think it was Swearinger) is lowering the boom on the WR's knees. It was a CLEAR attempt to wipe out the WR's knees (the receiver's head is turned and doesn't see the DB launching into his knees). It would have been every bit as ugly as the Lattimore injury (later in the game), if the WR had planted the foot. The hit came just a fraction of a second before the receivers foot would hit the turf...and it flipped him.

They tried the same thing today on Neal. A pass in the flat, where Neal is looking back to the QB, while making the catch. The db flies in to wipe out Neal's knees. Neal was hobbled and the commentator spoke about how dirty it was.

A lot of targeting calls in various games today. Refs are getting serious about that call.

I've noticed much better tackling skills by the Vols...they are hitting lower and taking the legs out from under the runners. Very good technique, and that was missing in recent times.
