For perfect weather, one must have altitude in tropical lattitudes. Tropical highlands, where the overnight lows are in the 50s and the afternoon highs are in the 70s. Breezes blow and streams run clear and cool. The actual areas around our globe where this is the norm have the possibility of major storms, volcanic activity, languages other than English, and/or social instability. I've told this before, but...

I saw him at the Ryman Auditorium in 1988 I believe it was. It was a benefit show invitation only and just him and a piano. It was truly an experience.
