Yeah I have 2 from them titled "dadgum that's good" by John McLemore. Some good recipes but it's even more useful to learn the temps and how long to cook each type.
Wife loves the smoked 4 cheese mac n cheese cooked under a tenderloin so it catches the drippings. We've also done some prime ribs that were amazing
