We don’t have to “prove our innocence” in this country. We are innocent until proven guilty. What? He certainly has the right to prove his innocense. Do you not believe he has that right?
No one says he has an obligation to do so. In order to be convicted, he has to be proven guilty; but he has the right to defend himself, and the best way of doing that is proving innocense.....again, a right, not an obligation.
So you stupidly believe that he was too despicable for Dems? That’s hilarious. The fact that you think there’s some high road on the left is comical. You aren’t nearly as smart as you think you are if you think the left is altruistic. All of these people are out for nothing but power.I had previously assumed it was self evident, but I've learned over the past few years that what is obvious to most is completely unknowable to others. (How else can you explain Trumpism?)
????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????We don’t have to “prove our innocence” in this country. We are innocent until proven guilty.
You central planning loving, authoritarian communist clown you.
It's on a continuum. So you stupidly believe that he was too despicable for Dems? That’s hilarious. The fact that you think there’s some high road on the left is comical. You aren’t nearly as smart as you think you are if you think the left is altruistic. All of these people are out for nothing but power.
I said he was guilty of many things (ex: ill advised call and choice of words with Raffensperger, knowingly lying about the election being stolen, teaching his press secratary how to lie, etc...)
I did not say he is guilty of criminal behavior....I certainly believe he was, grand juries believe he probably was, that's why there will be trials.
As is everything Luther. What’s funny is you use that to justify your position. “Yes, this person is an 8 on a 10-scale with 10 being the most horrible person ever, but he’s not a 10 like Trump so it’s ok to support that 8!” Of course, the fallacy in your argument is that these continuums are subjective even though you talk of them as if they’re fact. It's on a continuum.
No it doesn't. It means I think there is enough evidence to endict him for criminal behavior.even your list includes speculation on several items - none of which, btw are criminal offenses.
you did say that you hoped people as guilty as Trump are prosecuted fully which implies you've deemed him guilty of criminal behavior.
the most dangerous tyrants are those who don't believe they are tyrants
No.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Did I EVER said anyone had to prove their innocense? NO ONE SAID THAT!!!!
Can you guys read?
But he does have the right to defend himself and prove his innocense.
Surely y'all can comprehend the difference.
SMDH
Political persecution is for commies.
Not at all. If a person is indicted, they can plead the 5th or they can offer a defense....they have rights.No.
He has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. This isn’t semantics. This is a clear difference in how the constitutional republic advocate thinks and how you commie bastard progressives think. See the Pelosi tweet for evidence.
