Biden is leading in the polls. Clearly if Joe loses in 2024, it's because the other side cheated. There will be no other possible explanation. Through precedent, he'll instruct his attorney general and VP to decertify the election. Seek alternative electors and file suits sans evidence. Given that this is an acceptable response by the right, Biden certainly won't have any objection to this established course of action.

I don't believe that ... at least not as far as independent voters are concerned. My basis? The results from the 2022 mid-term elections, and how poorly Republicans performed in 50/50 races, especially Republicans who Donald Trump endorsed.
