They have to hang on the documents case which will end with nothing more then a misdemeanor at best...the fraud case will be won on appeal. The DC j6 trial is already falling apart and Atl will fall apart as soon as the voter GA and AZ signature cases are won proving voter fraud....

It's a difference without distinction. When the .gov tells you to give back things that don't belong to you, you do it. Lying and obstructing and refusing got Trump charged. He brought this on himself, as is usually the case.

One can declare documents classified at any time. The other can’t. I don’t expect an astute Biden voter to grasp that though.
