The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

You are essentially mocking the reasoning behind the gag order and nay consequences as "banana republic," but you ignore the effects of what he does as to witness intimidation. What about all the reports from witnesses or even jurors (including in other matters) that when Trump publicly goes after them, they receive threats from Trump supporters?

What is the value of Trump attacking court workers and others now, in the midst of the case? Why does he need to do that every morning? Every afternoon?

You'd have to be willfully blind or ignorant not to see what he's up to.
Good Lord

He almost certainly broke the law. It was just a misdemeanor...
Trump broke no law...ll trails, impeachments are just based on lies.

EVIDENCE TAMPERING? Biden DOJ/Jack Smith just admitted they messed with boxes supposedly containing "classified" documents they seized from Trump and can't be sure the order or placement of the documents as originally found has been maintained -- which is contrary to what they assured the court!

Footnote 3: The Government acknowledges that this is inconsistent with what Government counsel
previously understood and represented to the Court. See, e.g., 4/12/24 Hearing Tr. at 65
(Government responding to the Court’s question of whether the boxes were “in their original, intact
form as seized” by stating “[t]hey are, with one exception; and that is that the classified documents
have been removed and placeholders have been put in the documents”

And here is an admission of the FBI completely screwing with the classified documents:

"After the boxes were brought to WFO, the FBI created an index to correlate the documents with classification markings to codes (e.g., document “bb”) and labeled the classified cover sheets in the boxes with the codes for the seized documents. The FBI also generally replaced the handwritten sheets with classified cover sheets annotated with the index code, but regardless, any handwritten sheets that currently remain in the boxes do not represent additional classified documents—they were just not removed when the classified cover sheets with the index code were added. In many but not all instances, the FBI was able to determine which document with classification markings corresponded to a particular placeholder sheet."

Yet more reason to throw out this sham prosecution.

BREAKING: Newly unsealed documents in Jack Smith’s classified documents case against Trump reveal Smith’s top prosecutor, Jay Bratt, met with a top Biden aide in September 2021, before any classified documents were discovered at Mar-a-Lago, furthering speculation that Biden’s DOJ set up Trump.

To convince his cult that he is being unfairly persecuted of course. They lap it up like fresh milk from the tit

ALL the cases against Trump are falling apart for they were ALL based upon made up lies, false charges. Again, even liberal lawyers are calling the hush money case a fraud, a joke, a scam.

They arent based on lies. You are a partisan hack who had no sense of reality.

His own CFO stated in his depo that they falsified records. There is 100% a crime here.

The issue, which you clearly do not understand, is whether this obvious falsification was done to cover up another crime. If no other crime was covered up, Trump walks because it's just a misdemeanor out of statute.

I don't think there was a 2nd crime was but to say there was absolutely no crime done at all goes against all evidence and the words of Trump's own finance team...

You and I both know that President/Principle of XYZ Inc does the exact same thing to cover up an affair doesn’t even get looked at by Bragg.

The problem with the gag order is that you have extortionists and a felon allowed to comment about Trump which the jurors can hear without him being able to respond. Why do you think that is?

Yeah, this case should have never been brought but we both know Trump broke the law here as well (misdemeanor)....

You aren't going around saying Trump did nothing wrong either

You lose the right to play victim status when you ...

A. Bang porn star with pregnant wife at home
B. Pay her off
C. Commit a crime (misdemeanor) to cover it up
D. Lie nonstop

No, I’m not saying Trump did nothing wrong but what he did do wrong could only be a misdemeanor (at most). I don’t know if in any other state it would even be that. Yes, it could be an IRS issue.

The real question is Trump an elite? I would say no because he’s getting charged with crimes. A characteristic of a true elite is that your not subject to the law.

You are saying it’s absolutely a misdemeanor when you have also brought up great points for a defense.

The DA couldn't find tax expert (I know the guy from NYU they normally use) to give them a strong enough opinion on tax issue...

It's a misdemeanor for the falsifying records. There is no second crime, IMO, to raise it to a felony....

The actual falsifying of docs is pretty much a slam dunk. It's the 2nd crime

Really? Which one?

Trump's own CFO has testified in his depo to falsifying. That's a misdemeanor unless the court can prove Trump intended to use the falsified records to cover up another crime.

The State can no longer charge him with a misdemeanor due to statute expiration. It's felony or bust.
