I'm hoping to end the filibuster and pack the supreme court. You know... In a reach across the aisle kind of gesture.Ah, but greatest what?
Success? Blunder?
I'm rooting for the former, I really am, but as you know am pretty convinced it will be the latter.
We ought to come up with some agreed measures (albeit tough to do) and have periodic yet hilarious wagers.
I believe that is correct in most jurisdictions. He is "guilty", but the conviction is not "final" until sentencing is complete. Reason being, a judge could always set aside a jury verdict, arrest judgment, or continue judgment for a period of time after conviction (as to the latter, here in NC, that is called a "Prayer for Judgment Continued" and is treated as a "get out of jail free card" - it is most often used in traffic violations to help people keep driver's licenses.) Overall, it is pretty rare to have a conviction with no judgment, but many jurisdictions do not consider a conviction a "final judgment" until sentencing is complete.Do I understand correctly that until sentencing occurs Trump is not technically convicted?

When people say history will judge someone, I don't think much of it. Our history experts are as politicized as every other field of study. Historians don't tell the objective truth anymore.... see the war between the states
