Their line play should be close to SEC caliber...........that's about it. Not sure if Mason has the right horses to pull off a 3-4 D though. Vandy should be 2-2 going into the UK game @ lexington 9/27. Basically, if UK beats Vandy their shot at a bowl game is gone. My hope is that they keep their bowl hopes alive until the last game of the season just so our Vols can trash those snippity upstarts.

Coach Mason being a head coach will be like a server in a restaurant becoming the owner. He's going to have a huge learning curve.

Butch is like a successful owner from a small town going to open a resturant in Manhattan.

I like having previous experience as my head man.

They're all underrated , diamonds in the rough, didn't camp 5*'s .

I would also like to point out, that within less than 1 full half of football, they are all ready freaking out. Mentions of missing James Franklin. Mentions of Derek Mason being in over his head. I also saw one poster mention something all the lines of this "saturdays now being free to do more productive things"

This is classic meltdown mode...and they haven't even gotten into the locker room for half time yet.

Im watching this vandy temple game and u cant help but think their supposed fan base is thinking the same thing waterboys team was thinking. We suck again!


Is temple this good or vandy this bad?

Don't care how good Temple is. I want this to be their only win and for NCAA 14 stats put on them when team 118 destroys them:td:

I can't wait to embarrass them this year. Mason is helping us lock up Tennessee recruiting. I can't help at chuckle at any recruit which chose to play for Vandy over UT. They are shockingly bad!

They had a few years of fun with Franklin, but now it's time for reality to kick back in. They are down 31-7 to TEMPLE. A team that went 2-10 last year in a joke conference. Should be 31-0 if it wasn't for that punt.
