OT: I remember Boyd-Buchanan playing in the 1996 Class A state championship in Bball and it was one of the best games I have seen. They almost gave that game away, but they won. They played Perry County that year. What happened was a Perry Co. player tried to make a throw down the court on an inbound when a BB player intercepted (around mid-court) the ball and without thinking started celebrating, but there was still time on the clock and got called for traveling. Perry Co. had one more chance but this time from half court. PC had a 6'10" player (Kirk H.) that received the inbound and tried to score but the ball just rolled around the rim and off. Great game. (BTW - Perry Co. went 36-0 the following year to capture the 1997 state championship).

Anyway, good luck in the Championship game. I am from Cookeville and we are excited to be hosting the games. I hope all fans have a great stay in Cookeville.
