Back to Markeith... If it is truly down to UT and UNC, I have to believe he will be a Vol. Especially with all of the excitement around our program right now.

I doubt the DC will be Spangler. There would be no reason to delay the announcement until after NSD if that were true.

Then what instance would it be appropriate to delay the decision? La. Tech still has recruits and a program just like UT... I actually think it would be more appropriate for Spangler to delay because of the ties that Dooley has to La. Tech...

Hey fellas.....what if it's someone on the Saints staff? None of the teams can accept inquiries till after their season is over. And, CDD coached in Louisiana as well. That could explain why he hasn't named a DC yet. Just a thought

Why would we worry about messing up LaTech? seems we are already going after some of their recruits anyway....would hate to take all of them

I would think that this goes straight to the class and integrity that CDD has and promotes; especially for his former school. He probably thinks that he has already caused them enough problems by leaving himself.

With that said, I'm not sure that I would be very stoked about Spangler being the one. Nothing personal because I know nothing about him.

What if coach X is telling ambles to tell everyone that it's between ut and unc, but really he is already committed to usc and on NSD he will shock everyone just like kiffin wants and sign with usc. I sure hope not!

I agree with this. Didn't think about it before.

Still could be Steele, but this actually makes sense to me.

This wouldn't be a shock. Considering the WR's we have already and potentially getting Rogers, it wouldn't make or break the class either. People are really freaking out with the conspiracy theories.
