The next two games will give us all we can handle

South Carolina could be interesting in the first quarter with their atmosphere at night and the players will be hype. Still think TN pulls away though.

As long as they never dip into their endowment fund to get a coach we should be ok.
$10 billion
Totaling over $10 billion as of June 30, 2022, Vanderbilt has one of the 20 largest university endowments in the United States. The office is comprised of 25 staff members across three teams: operations, public investments, and private investments. Together, we thrive on innovation and active sourcing of investment opportunities.
They aint Dippin into it by next week and we gone whip they ass next week.

I hope our 2nd and 3rd stringers get a lot of playing time after we hang 50 on both. That's how worried I am.

I'm predicting between SCAR and Vandy that Joe Milton III will have 5 more TDs in garbage time!

Also, those 35 points will be more than SCAR and Vandy score combined for the last two games.

Your prediction for Milton is not inconceivable. To date, this is his stat line for 2022:
19-25 (76.0%) for 465 yds., 5 touchdowns and 0 interceptions, with a Passer Rating of 298.2 and an Adjusted QBR of 97.4, according to Joe Milton III Game by Game Stats and Performance | ESPN.

He is currently averaging one touchdown for every five attempts, almost 19 YPA and more than 24 yds. per completion. If you should turn out to be correct, that would have to be the most eyepopping seasonal stat line for a quarterback in history, even if it is achieved exclusively in garbage time.

With this logic, Harvard should have the best coaching in the nation - CFB or NFL.

Especially Vandy. They love to rain on our parade and they have before.
Go find the thread predicting MU would be a challenge and telling us not to turn on the coaches and team. Rinse. Repeat.

UT should smoke both of these teams. For most of my time as a Vol fan, about 30 years, the coach and culture led to the kind of stuff you fear. This culture and coach has showed up for every game. They’ve maintained the right approach.

What makes you think they won’t now?

I think Tennessee will cruise to a 55-20 win over Vanderbilt. Vanderbilt has the worst pass defense in the SEC and they will be torched.

Beamer said after the UF game that part of their failure was that they could not sustain drives to protect their thin defense. Let that sink in. They have depth and talent issues on D. Their O is impotent

UT can make this worse than the Mizzou game if they want to

Absolutely. Heupel is an offensive mastermind. What we are now witnessing is utterly without precedent in the 55 years that I have followed Tennessee football. Furthermore, this team is hungry and equipped for victory. I foresee a steady bombardment of ground-to-air missile strikes, accompanied by an almost equally lethal ground game.

At the beginning of the 2021 season, did you or any remotely objective Tenneesee fan believe that there was a prayer of a chance on God's green earth that Tennessee would be seriously considered in a national championship conversation for 2022? I certainly didn't. Now project longer term the ramifications of Heupel's offensive wizardry and the recruiting dividends it will pay off. Then you have serious reason to challenge Alabama or Georgia's chances of ongoing dominance in the SEC and/or national championships.
