Putting mild 'rona in the rear view. Probably won't get to see the game tomorrow, but interested how the freshmen deal with their second road trip.

Seikima II is another band from the 80’s and 90’s you might find interesting and might have already come across.

The last few years I’ve been listening to more Japanese music than western it seems.

A couple you may not be familiar with, one old and one new:

Ningen Isu, often called the Japanese Black Sabbath but they have many other influences. 22 studio albums. Started back in 1987 and still going strong.

Nemophila, formed a couple of years ago but rapidly gaining an international fan base. An all female band that is one of many great ones that Japan seems to have produced in the past 10 years.

Wife just got over 2-week bout of bronchitis (went to doc 3 times to make sure it wasn't the Rona, even though we have both took the shots (which was probably sugar water haha) I am still coughing and hacking but that is the norm for me with allergy and sinus problems. Take care and hope you get over it soon. As for the night before this week, have a Christmas drama with the church so will be tied up with that. Hope the Vols are hitting on all cylinders. They are a hoot to watch.

I actually haven’t watched them this year, but I do know they lost 4 starters from last year.

Yes it is. Comedy has been destroyed by the "woke" mob. Can't even make gay jokes anymore...which were a funny staple of sitcoms until a couple years ago...Drug jokes? Heck no. Everyone needs to lighten up and quit looking for reasons to be offended. Laugh at others and laugh at yourself. Imo.

Amen. Only “flavor” they’ve done that I liked was that Dew Shine and that’s because it tasted like a completely different drink. Can’t stand any of the other ones.

Ditto. Had tickets for their Nashville show 5-6 years ago and they had a wreck or something and their bus driver died so they canceled the show. So disappointed.

Dang, I don’t recall that. If they are ever close by again I’ll def catch that. Pre-Covid, Y&T came to Nashville every other year, was going to catch them and then everything came to a halt. I need to keep up a little better with those shows….
