I seem to remember another name that was a "potential NBA prospect" that didn't seem to pan out the way everyone thought and another reason we should put a little break on expectations.

Anyone know whatever happened to Hubbs, from West Tn.? Was either a 5* or borderline 5

Came in as a 5 star recruit who chose UT over Kentucky and several others.

Had shoulder surgery halfway through his freshman season and never regained the mid-range touch and ball-handling skills he had in high school. Below average long-range shooter who wasn’t aggressive enough in the lane to be a slasher.

Played for 3 coaches in 4 seasons and was outshined by lesser-heralded guys like Kevin Punter. Finally led the team in scoring with 13ppg as a senior on a 16-16 squad that finished 9th in the SEC.

Spent 2 seasons in Norway, now plays in the FIBA Euro Cup League, which is a 2nd tier league in Europe.

Does anyone know how to purchase a few tickets to the Emerald Coast Classic? I'm actually going to be in the Destin area that week and thought about staying over after business to catch the games.

Looks like an OKC & UT fan drafted...oh wait, hi Dal lol. Looks good, but I don't play fantasy basketball, only football.
Yeah, this was my first time doing fantasy basketball lol I suck at fantasy football so I figured might as well give it a shot 😂

I’m going to Gatlinburg in December and figured this would be the best place to ask...I need recommendations on where to go and some good places to eat. We’re renting a cabin and will be down there for a few days. I haven’t been since I was a kid so I’m kind of clueless of the area. We’ll be bringing our two kids (5) & (9), so kid friendly recommendations please. Do they still have the Christmas lights down there?

Largely depends on what you wanna spend...

Dollywood obviously will be decorated nicely that time of year, but ain’t cheap.

There’s stuff all over the strip to do: go-karts, mini golf, mountain coasters, arcades, laser tags, 3D rides etc.

You can always go up to Ober and they’ve got an ice rink, ski slopes, and tubing as well.

Cades Cove is pretty, and free, might be worth driving through.

As for food, again gonna depend on what you wanna spend: Peddler is really good but idk about with 2 kids, Loco Burro is good, JT Hannah’s, just opened a Chesapeake’s, pancake pantry for breakfast (cash only), I’ve not been to Ole Red (Blake Shelton’s place) but have heard it’s good.

I, absolutely love fantasy basketball. So many categories and u have to have a well-rounded team that thrives in all those stat categories. The only thing, u have to set your line-up daily or do it, days in advance, which can be a problem, occasionally

but as it pertains to fantasy football... Todd Gurley against the falcons defense this weekend came one year too late i'm afraid give the bills defense some run this weekend if you have the chance

Started with Martin, who wasn’t the best offensive coach. Then he developed knee problems.

Just stayed in the area with 4 other families and went to UT-MSU game. Even though I went to UT, I had never been to Dollywood, and it exceeded my expectations. The only problem is your 5 year old will probably not be able to do the big rides. I have 4 kids, but only two were with us. My 9 year old went on the big ones, but my 7 year old couldn’t. It was a lot of fun.

We also went to Anakeesta. It’s relatively new in downtown Gatlinburg. They have a chair lift to the top, and then they have a restaurant, walking tree tops bridge ropes course, zip line, and a rail coaster up top. It wasn’t bad but did give the kids something to do.

Parrot Mountain is the best attraction bar none, but I’ve never been there in the winter. Not sure if it’s even open

Boys giving Bama all they want.
5-0 down the stretch if we can keep Maurer in the game. Needs a flak jacket with built in helmet and neck brace.
