Tshiebwe has hinted at returning due to sparse draft hype and his newfound ability to profit from NIL.Wheeler and Toppin, and that's probably it. Washington and Sharpe will go pro. I suspect Tshiebwe will, too. Grady and Mintz graduate. Don't know about Brooks.
They have Livingston and Wallace coming in, and I assume Cal will take more transfers.
Most tips I saw said that getting tickets last minute was the best bet, and that airlines would fire sale tickets.
In theory, deals exist when airlines are trying to fill seats on direct flights, but there likely isn't a direct commercial flight from Lexington to Indy, so you'd likely be taking a seat on 2-3 flights, after layovers, to get there, and those are likely flights that would have filled up without you, so you're really taking a seat from someone else, making it a more desirable ticket and driving up demand and cost. Most tips I saw said that getting tickets last minute was the best bet, and that airlines would fire sale tickets.
Makes sense. I’ve never flown so I was kind of ignorant to that. ORN probably wouldn’t have been great against HD today, not collegiate big would’ve been. But it obviously would’ve helped to have another optionIt is and was and will be. Uros and co couldnt hold Dickinson's jock strap ORN wouldve looked like a child.
I dont understand no Aidoo in the second half. Fulk didnt have the strength to take HD on.ORN probably wouldn’t have been great against HD today, not collegiate big would’ve been. But it obviously would’ve helped to have another option
I would’ve like to see more of Aidoo out there and tell him not to take any more mid range jumpers
Frankly he just was never going to be a defensive stalwart with his size and coordination being what they are. He gave his all but he was always inherently limited on that end. He could be a heck of an offensive player when he didn’t try and be Joel Embid and did more face up work. Whatever, great career for a guy living out his dreamHe got flat out bullied too. I dont know what the answer with him is, when teams bully him he struggles.
Yeah, his story is great, but needing to rely on him was a huge hinderance. Most fans remembered that one game against UK and thought he was the next Wilt instead of what he is. I know im going to get hate for this because our fans love him, but ZZ is that guy now. Dont get me wrong, ZZ is a fantastic player, but we cant rely on a guy with his size to start and expect to get anywhere. We need a transfer PG with some experience.Frankly he just was never going to be a defensive stalwart with his size and coordination being what they are. Eh. I don’t disagree that Z is overrated rn, but it’s a jump from that to saying he can’t be a viable starting PG next year. Remember he was a true freshman who came in late. He’ll continue to learn how to work around his physical limitations. Still excited about him, Mashack, and Aidoo as a coreYeah, his story is great, but needing to rely on him was a huge hinderance. Im not saying hes bad at all, but his size will get him bullied, TN wont go anywhere in the tourney with him as a starter. Look at teams that make those deep runs 6'3 or 6'4 at the guard spot across the board. Hes a fantastic spell guy to change the pace with, but hes not the guy. Im not excited at all still too many holes in the roster.Eh. I don’t disagree that Z is overrated rn, but it’s a jump from that to saying he can’t be a viable starting PG next year.
