To be this close to Atlanta. To be this close to the playoffs. To lose both in a 60 minute *** beating just sucks.

I love this team and coaches as it’s been a great ride. It just hurts to be so close and then see it slip away. There were numerous yrs in the 90’s where Spurrier out coached Fulmer.

2001- lost to LSU w Natl title game with win
2007- lost to LSU-SEC title game
2016- self destructed - could’ve been a title contender as beat FL and GA

This yr- I’m still hopeful we rebound and run the table but GA just gave Beamer blueprint how to play against our offense.

If we run the table then we need a lot of help to make playoff as we will drop to 6-7 Tuesday.
