GA changed their approach to running out the clock. After their first possession of the 3rd quarter, there was only like 1 minute left in the quarter. They didn’t need to score more points.

Volnation, I know this loss hurts and stings as there is so much on the line. We are ahead of schedule but it is still painful since we had a shot at the SEC title game and playoffs. The playoffs are still in sight but a lot has to occur (see below).

Take care of Mizz, USCjr, and Vandy. TN needs to win each game impressively, imo.

1. GA win the SEC championship vs Bama (most likely)

2. TCU- lose one game (best chance will be the Big 12 Title game vs Kansas State). The committee will dismiss an undefeated Big12 champion, imo.

3. Clemson- lose one game. Maybe Notre Dame? ACC is weak but committee will take an undefeated ACC champions.

4. Michigan lose to Ohio St or vice versa- game can NOT be close

5. PAC 12 champion - two loses (Oregon is looking good rt now).

Or just be happy with getting 11-1 and the Sugar or Orange Bowl bid. It’s a huge step up from where the results the program has seen the last 15 or so years have been.

First the media runs their mouth saying "Tennessee is #1" and whips UGA up for business, and now that UGA beats us they'll spend all week saying how we were overrated and didn't deserve the ranking. That's how the clown show normally goes anyway.

Hey it wasn’t the offense team’s best game but cool it on the personal attacks on the QB and others. Offensive staff got outcoached & outtalented today. Made some bad plays early (no catching a punt, missing a sack on 3rd down, etc) it’s not the end of the world.

with the way the Vols played today, don't be overconfident in that prediction. Vols come out and show this effort of offense, the Mizzou defense will make them pay.

Mizzou may not have the horses but they are well coached and can play defense

How many of you kids put a Tennessee hat on cause we started winning and how many of you have actually watched Tennessee in the bottom of the barrel the last 15 years. No today was not great but to tell me after the 4 coaching failures and year 2 out of that crap we best fla, bama, lsu, Kentucky and could finish 11-1 in year 2, good grief come on, who are you kidding if you thought the talent was even, they have dudes that match up, some of you need to go find another team with 0 losses to cheer for.

their run defense was better than ours and their man to man coverage took our other weapons away.

I know this sounds super generic and obvious, but the one thing I'm shocked at is how poorly our offense played, especially Hooker and the O line. If you had told me before this game that we would hold Georgia to 27 points I would've assumed we won the game.
