The Official #1 Tennessee vs. #23 Arkansas Game Thread, 1:00 PM ET, ESPN

I remember when, during our game against Arizona he said, “if I was built like Tobe Awaka I would never wear a shirt… and seldom wear pants”

I just about spit my beer out of my nose
That’s pretty funny!

I'm starting to get pretty sick of how soft and deferential Milicic is on offense. Maybe it is the Eurpoean finesse, but take that freaking ball up strong. He's taken this beta offensive approach much of the season, especially in the paint, but he's got to become a tougher, meaner offensive player for us to be our best.

We need Plavsic to mentor him on attitude

Trying to make that silly pass when driving is unnecessary. I'm certain the coaches will be on him about it

I expected to eke out a win after a tough match. Didn't expect to be up by 15 against a tough Arkansas team. Now limit the hogs 2nd half run and win this thing GBO!!!

It’s odd, he’s physical defending & rebounding, but not with shot attempts.

They really worked all Summer on big to big passes. It’s paying dividends elsewhere, but he freaks out and tries to force a pass when he has a two footer with a guaranteed trip to the line at the least if he just goes up.

Another half like that please. Hell even a 40-40 half and we win by 15.

Need to attack Thiero when possible, has 2 fouls & could have had another 2.

CBS commentators have uncovered that Lanier’s contribution is “scoring” and our team is known for “defense”. Thank you for that.

And these jokers make more for calling this one game than you and I will all year.

And the networks wonder why they are despised outside DC.

Igor does everything well right up until it comes time to put the ball in the hole and that is 100% about confidence. He needs to stop worrying or whatever is getting in his head because he is an all-conference type player if he can finish off these plays.
Very True

Yep, exactly. The oop to Okpara was a thing of beauty, but it was the right play when Igor was 20 feet from the basket. When you have the advantage going to the basket, cut out the cutesy, finesse crap and tear the freaking rim down or get fouled trying.

1-4. Pretty much his average ( 22.5). He needs to be 35% and then teams will not be able to just leave him wide open when he goes out behind the arc
Yep, I think that's about what he shot @ Charlotte 35 but he is a great rebounder better than Awaka and he don't foul out in 10 minutes.
