I talked to Dickey's mom at the SEC tourney. He can hit as needed.

But, they prefer that he doesn't play in the field for the remainder of the year. His foot is still injured.

Next year...he wants to be the weekend catcher.

I completely understand. And I think TV protects his players. But if it's a pain thing over potential to do further harm, I bet Dickey straps it up.
