Seriously, we should be talking about the battery, impact on pitchers, what fans see going on right now on the field etc.

The reality is Charlie, IF he plays the whole game, is for the biggest unknown the Vols have had to deal with for well over a month and yet, he'll have his hand on every baseball which is more than any other guy in the dugout.

THAT concerns me for HIM and the pitchers. The rest of the team is awesome. That won't change.

Not even sure what to say to this. We have completely different viewpoints on this. It doesn’t matter. We know nothing. I’m going to enjoy the game.

I sure hope the players are more focused on playing the game than the people in this thread. Sheesh. We will find out after the game people

I don’t want to dog any player on this board, so please don’t take this that way. But given Taylor’s struggles at the plate, if Evan is out long term, I wonder if you consider DHing for Taylor at some point and letting the pitcher hit instead. Blade hit .557 as a junior at Loretta.
