Maybe but not likely, dude. I've watched most of all of the SEC games on TV this year. Even the lower half are going to be tough to beat this year. They would have beat several SEC teams with that effort. Probably not the top half.
Defense, in the first half they got some open looks, shot 50 percent from the floor and 38 percent from 3. Second half, 29 percent from the floor and 21 percent from 3.Didn’t get to see the game but monitored the score. Will be interested to go back and watch it to see how we got ourselves in a pinch and crawled out of it.

You got to stop and think, Kentucky is #11 in SEC right now. Texas , Missouri, and Texas A&M are at the bottom and they all look pretty dang good.
SEC this year is just something I have never seen.
South Carolina is probably the only teams MTSU beats.
ZZ had some turnovers that were just them being allowed to hack his arms and literally kick the ball away with no call.I don't know how many silly turnovers we had but it was fumble ball right up to the last 5 minutes. MTSU missed a free throw and 3 UT players were standing there for the rebound and fumbled it away. Nice finish to put them away.

I'd be curious as to when? Since the expanded to a 12 team league most we have ever got in the tourney in a year was 8 in 2018.I've seen the SEC this good
I983, but probably not quite as good as this year. I remember Alabama, who was in ninth place in the SEC standings went out to UCLA for a mid January game and drilled them. They were ranked no. 2 or 3 at the time. SI did a nice article entitled Second To None about SEC basketball that yearI'd be curious as to when? I think we got half the teams in 3 or 4 times, but
this year won't be a bit surprised to see 10+ teams in. Many are predicting us to break the ACC's record of 11.
We have 13 teams right now in Top 50 of the NET, and the SEC has won damn near 90% of their games.
Ten SEC teams are currently Quad 1 opponents regardless of the game location (NET Top 30). Fifteen teams are either Quad 1 or Quad 2 opponents (NET Top 75).
Interesting.....a little before my time. I mean I was alive but not watching UT basketball.I983, but probably not quite as good as this year. Bowie and Turpin tooYeah, the league was amazing during my time at UT, with virtually every game a war. Dale Ellis here, Wilkins, Barkley, Eric Marbury, Vern Fleming, Carlos Clark, Jeff Turner, Dirk Minniefield, Sky Walker, Ennis Whatley, Bobby Lee Hurt, etc., etc. - the league was loaded, and games at Stokely were electric.
