Unfortunately yeah. He isn't going to change in another year. I think the staff is going to have to adjust a bit to him. Take advantage of the arm strength.....less touch pass stuff. Slants, crossing routes, etc.

Yea, like with JG we just didn’t throw across the middle very often…with Milton he just can’t throw deep very often- not accurate enough

He’s 6/9 so far. That’s a Hendon like completion percentage. Look at the weather too. He missed on 2 throws, but has hit on half of his 10+ yards overall.

Understood, but he has yet connected this game, including the open receiver on the last third down possession.

All QBs overthrow receivers and misfire, but Milton overthrows most of his receivers on “go routes,” etc.

I’m not hating on the guy as I like Joe and want him to succeed. He is a great story as he stayed @ TN when most would’ve transferred. Form what I know, he’s an ambassador for TN and does a lot within the community.

He has a huge opportunity tonight and next season to lead his team to a special season and set himself up for a professional career.
