I was hoping he would be the guy and I hate it b/c he apparently is a great teammate. But he throws the ball short of the chains on 3rd down, too many mental breakdowns and can’t make a 15 yard pass over middle of field.

Yea and when I said two years ago he would not play for me anymore, all of this is why! It was easy for me to see his game management and decision making are not good. Too bad for him.

The QB doesn't run the routes and throws where the receivers are.
