I think he’s a competent coach if he has talent. This is an extremely untalented offensive line. I watched UGAs game today. We heavily recruited 4 of their 5 OL starters and got none of them. And we have the Olllie Lanes of the worlds to show for it.

Isn’t every coach competent w/ talent? Belichick doesn’t look quite as good right now w/o Brady and some of those HOF’s on defense.

I like Joe. He’s a great young man. He’s played good at times. At this point with all the inconsistencies it’s time to realize he isn’t the answer. It’s tough to say why that is because he is a physical specimen with all the tools but he just doesn’t get the job done.
