I mean, the defense absolutely came to play today. If the front 7 keeps this up we are going to have a great year boys and girls.

i'm as excited about how stifling the defense has been so far as I am the offense. I think post game is when people really reflect on what the defense did, but over the season, seeing points allowed being low, quarter after quarter, makes a team harder for opponents to mentally prepare for because they don't want to be shamed.

I’m glad we struggled a bit in the first half. It’s good learning for these guys. Also think Heupel knew we could play with some ideas and still step on the gas when needed.
