Risks something happening like the botched throw/slipping out of his hand. That was the right move there, milking the clock and then running out of bounds for a safety with no time left.

Yaay, good guys win, but damn, to get stopped a foot or two short....that's exciting to us, but a gut punch for Navy. But if you're a fan of CF, or TN fan for any length of time...you've been on the short end of that stick several times.
