This is double bull crap on the extra second.... he was pushed back several yards before contacting the boundry and the same official ruled progress and kept the clock running for UT.... blatant favoritism in application of the rule.

The spotted the ball where forward progress was stopped, but gave him the stopped clock for going out of bounds 2 yards down the field. It's maddening when officials make two calls in a minute where the same thing happens but the calls are the exact opposite.
