It seems we are at our best at the up tempo, fast break offense. The plays have been there in transition we just have to finish them. We are absolutely atrocious in a half court set. There’s always 2 guys standing still. Bigs taking the ball at the top of the key with no help. Just out of sequence offensively.

Jimmy Dykes has gone from saying we were one of the best 4 teams in the country two weeks ago to really not having anything to say about us

Bowden, Bone, Turner, and Admiral were all guys that were willing to go to the rim harder than everyone except Springer.

I've had my concerns, but I feel your are slightly overstating the issue. Our guys have areas they can improve on and overall aren't working well together as an offense. The addition of Springer has obviously given us a lift, but I think it all boils down to us missing wide open 3s. We've shot terrible all year long. I think Jaden's presence should help, but so far shots haven't gone down. Keon and JJJ aren't really good 3 point shooters, so throwing Springer in the mix helps even it out.

Why do I continue to subject myself? This team is about as cold offensively as the Cuonzo years.

This is a 9-7 team. A big step down. We’re still getting beat to the basket.
