What EJ has been/is doing is not working. He needs to figure out how to attack bigger defenders and make them more likely to commit a foul. I think he has the energy and physicality to be effective, but he will need to play smarter and show us some talent first.

He needs to not look to score. Get trash buckets should be his only offense. Play defense and rebound should be his top priority.
