We didn't throttle Arizona, and he mismanaged personnel at Alabama putting in the worst shooter on the team. You get paid top 10 salaries you're expected to produce competitive and COMPETENT teams. He's failed that two years straight.

He’s the coach, no consistency with his squads except for the couple years with the Admiral/Grant/Bone squad. Two good years out of 6 isn’t impressive to me
