Simply states - this team is great on defense and usually rebounds very well. But the offense is inconsistent.

Common theme with Barnes. Our best offense under him was with Grant Williams, his offense requires a dominant big man inside in my opinion

But after the Vescovi free throws, it felt like the refs decided to take 3 consecutive makeup calls and totally sucked the energy out of us

And a no call to bring the game close. I’m screaming from the rafters, they run that screen through castleton or whatever and he fouls/moves/pushes every single time. It’s the worst screen and he gets away with it bc of his height.

He’s great and I’m grateful for everything he has done here but he will flop in the tournament year in and year out it goes back to his Texas days. It is what it is. I’m eternally grateful for what he’s done here but flopping when it matters as much as he has it’s no longer a coincidence
