I agree somewhat, especially in the first half, but this second half is total, legal domination by Croatia. The high kick is the only debatable bad call, imo. It's still tied, tho

You must have never played soccer before. 3 days between games is a quick turnaround. Playing one day earlier plus not having to play in extra time will be a HUGE advantage for France.

England got a break coming into this game with Croatia having played 2 games to PKs already. Croatia is the more talented team and if they had more rest probably would've wiped the floor with England today.

Also Belgium benefits greatly from this in the 3rd place game. If it's Croatia that loses, I don't know how they turn around in 2 days and play another game after 3 straight matches going to extra time.

I agree with D4H. This is a significant advantage when you couple it with the fact that France has an extra day. 3 days off is not a lot of rest.

Four year Letterman in highschool and a year in college. I played CAM. it's not a huge advantage. Stop it.

Frances extra day wasnt a part of it. His point was the extra 30 minutes being some needle mover. it's not. they will be more than ready. to say otherwise is nonsense
