How must FAU fans feel watching 3 players from their Final 4 team(and their coach) all go to Sweet 16 (or further in Martins case) with 3 different teams? Gotta sting a little. .

I saw that and checked on Clayton as it was so surprising. As I understand it, its a bit misleading because Clayton was being recruited a lot more for football than basketball. He wanted to play basketball, but the only offers he was getting was from smaller schools, whereas he had some interest from solid football teams.

To say he was undervalued or underevaluated on the front end I think is correct. To say he had absolutely zero respect (or zero stars) is not really accurate.

Im quite sure of that, but I would also think the expectations would be high, keeping most of that roster in place for a couple of years. I’m sure they probably didn’t care that much, but it seems three core players go onto other schools has to have them thinking of what could’ve been.

I did eat my crow already for saying they wouldn't beat Dook, tho ( albiet it took an epic choke of a lifetime by Dook for Houston to beat them).

I've been saying since early March that Houston will win it. They are tougher than Florida and Sampson will coach circles around Golden.

Not only did Florida end up out Houston'ing Houston, but despite being a little creepy turd, Golden ended up getting the better of Sampson in the coaching department.
