Supposedly

Barn has told the players to shoot, and they will not be pulled for missing shots. Only not hussling gets you jerked.

Sounds like he’s trying to bring back confidence if true.

Not sure what to expect tomorrow. This team will struggle to beat anyone if we can’t shoot, yet can play with anyone with any consistent shooting. I just don’t know who else can shoot except Vescovi, and he goes in major droughts, too, while Powell needs more looks.

I was hopeful Chandler could take it to the hole more but …. Go Vols!

I noticed the last three games, that Powell is not trying to shoot; he has been deferring to others to shoot, yet his playing time has increased.

Hes defending more. Barnes really doesnt give a rip about how a kid plays on offense as long as they defend.

Must win can't lose any to teams that are expected to finish in the middle to bottom of the SEC. I hope we play well, shoot it well and gain some confidence going forward.

What are you talking about?

Bama game 2 starters were out.
The last game Powell only played 10 minutes.

You realize that early on he was averaging 20 minutes or so per game right? And had several games over 20 minutes.

In the Colorado game he had 28 minutes.

He time is NOT increasing by not shooting.
