And yet they keep trotting him out there. I have a hard time believing Nico is worse than Milton. This comes down to not hurting feelings since Joe showed patience in the Hooker situation. I truly believe that.

I agree. No way Nico is missing wide open WRs. He’s a better runner too. Would love to see him play

i’m calling it now Nico will get the last series where he hands off twice to run out the clock.:/

maybe heupel needs to hand off playcalling duties. Something is just off with the passing game. short game over the middle non-exsistant all year.

Don't think it's the play calling as much as a QB missing throws and not taking off and running when he gets a chance among other things.

Been some dropped passes early on the season, some horrendous O line play last week.

The whole thing is just disjointed and the execution is off more than the play calls IMO

Can’t believe we are this bad offensively. I don’t think Joe is leading this team. I’m sorry but I just don’t think his teammates see him as a leader. We are playing a game and we have to pull the whole offense together while the team is playing. I don’t get it. I think the players see all the over throws and lackadaisical play….they are just tired like we are.
How about the ***** defense setting the tone in the second half ? You come out with 3rd team guys getting blown off the ball ? Hell no. You come out get a stop and play ball from there. The offense has scored the defense needs to to do its damn job.

I honestly dont think Josh wants to play Nico because if he does and looks good you will have more Boos and bs to deal with internally
You may be right but ... I think CJH has a hell of lot of respect for Joe for sticking around, accepting his loss of a starting job two years ago and STILL being a great teammate and supporter of Hendon. I can't fault CJH for that. That said I hope CJH will not continue to play Joe all year if his performance doesn't improve significantly and risk a 6-6 or 7-5 season when Nico would most likely be a more consistent and productive QB.
