By what measure? Dormady was'nt a world beater. He played safe. I would have put in JG in the 3rd. Jones won, albeit, a lucky one.

It was a win. The team showed a ton of heart just like they did last year when we got behind two scores. I'll worry about the defense next week.

don't get too down on this team for an ugly win. half the teams in college football would love to be 1-0 right now. Go Vols!

Of your 8-9 drops. Look at how many were behind the receivers......id say 6-7 at least. Plus he missed a wide open Jennings running a go and Palmer on a slant. Both were behind the defense.

Lots of *****in on here after a win...can't say I'm surprised. GT's a nightmare matchup for any team. People should be ecstatic the Vols won with a first time starting QB and two injured LBs...which by the way is the absolute worst spot for injuries against a triple option. I 2nd guessed CBJ a couple times tonight. I was wrong, they coached a great game, and made a lot of great calls.

This GT offense does this on a regular to a lot of teams. We hung there and pulled it out. It's a sweet victory. No need to complain about details in this one. All I wanted was a W and to move on. Trust me, against that style of team fans should take a W no matter how.

Major congrats to those kids who showed heart and grit in a game they could've easily folded. This game is huge and will pay dividends for the complexion of the season.

Great job Vols!!!!!

Well, UT will win on Saturday without any improvement. We just need improvement between game 1 and game 3. I think they will.

Agree. Florida's Defense will be tough. Let's hope they still can't find their offense by then so our D can have a chance.
