So I've got a sports package that allows me all of the espn networks....except espn+.

If your TV package has Espn, EspnU, SEC Network, Espn 2 then you can watch any game televised on your TV on these channels without streaming (internet).
If a game is on (SEC Network +) you can stream this game on a mobile device or smart tv using your TV Provider credentials through the ESPN APP (free).
If a game is on (ESPN +) you can stream this game on a mobile device or smart tv through the ESPN APP but you need an ESPN + account ($5.99/mo) and separate credentials.
