I am not going to say Tn is not. Tenn is a bullpen away from being the best team in the SEC. Just 1 or 2 closers away from being elite. Ark did not come in here and beat Tn by 3,4,5,6 runs. it was one run games.

If I am not mistaken a wild pitch Friday put the winning run in scoring position and the go ahead run today. Vols are a very good team. All games could have went either way this weekend.

It's not that per say it's stuff. Last year we had 3-4 guys who had big stuff. This year we don't really have that guy. Kopps is good because that slider was wicked. Arky was running guys out there all weekend throwing mid 90's. We don't have that guy.

I didn’t even realize how bad LNS was until I saw Miss State’s stadium. The difference is night and day.

It was a heckuva series that’s for sure. We’ve proven we belong with the class of college baseball. We just aren’t quite the top of it yet, which is okay. If not for Kevin Kopps, we probably win that series or maybe even sweep. He was that dominant.

Gotta wipe this one from memory though. Tough road series next weekend against USC. You have to take that series to guarantee a Super and to get that top-3 seed in the SEC tournament.

I didn't mean that as a slight. Arkansas is a great hitting team. The bullpen gave up 1 run today and I think 1 Friday. Did Kopps even hit 90?

It would have been nice to win today, no it would have been great.

Nothing happened this weekend as a whole is much of a surprise. Kopps is gonna be in the running for Pitcher of the year as a reliever, that rarely happens but he’s earned it.
