Speaking of Arkansas fans and complaining, #ArkansasTwitter is all in a fuss over our turf field. They called it "cheap" and said if we had a "real baseball field" that ground-rule double in the 8th would have stayed in the park, given them another run, and they would not have lost.

Talk about a bunch of whiners. They haven't lost a series all year or a game to a Top-10 team all year (they were I think 7-0 before today) and they're all fussy over a turf field. Spoiled brats.

We could lose 20-0 tomorrow and MSU drops below us. The first two games in this series have been CWS-level theater and they got beat down two games in a row to the worst team in the SEC. They're the ones on the outside looking in for a Super Regional now if the NCAA decides against allowing 4 SEC hosts.

If I had to critique Max in that situation, I’d say he didn’t admire his work long enough, needed more height on the bat flip, and he was to rushing his way around the bases too fast.

I’ve been to several games in Fayetteville and also ran across a lot of Hog fans when I lived in Dallas. They are rabid baseball fans but also informed and objective as a whole.
