The Official #4 Tennessee vs Kentucky Weekend Series Thread (Game 1 Thursday @ 7:30PM) (Game 2 Friday @ 6:30PM) (Game 3 Saturday @ 1PM)

Remaining schedules
Vandy- Bama, Ole Miss, Kentucky
Vols- Missouri, Arkansas, USCe
Florida- Kentucky, UGA, Arkansas
Arkansas- Georgia, Vols, Florida
Miss St- USCe, Missouri, Alabama
Ole Miss- A&M, Vanderbilt, UGA

Advantage Miss St, they don't have to play any of the other top 5 and should win those 3 series but anything can happen. Was really hoping A&M could win at least 1 from them this weekend.
Tennessee and Vanderbilt are going to be neck and neck till the end.

Some former players got together and attended games this series (many of them played mostly under CDS). I know one pretty well from playing for our collegiate summer team. He lives way out west, and he hadn't been back to a game since graduating. He was most impressed with the size of the crowd and the atmosphere. He didn't know the size of the crowd was being limited because of social distancing until I mentioned it. He said they were all happy how the team was doing and that CTV and staff had done a great job turning things around.

The debate isn’t over overall facilities it was about the stadium specifically. You said LNS wasn’t close to most SEC facilities; I hope you’re not including Hawkins as one of the ones it isn’t close to. The outside aesthetics of Hawkins are slightly better, other than that I see nothing that makes it better than LNS. I just find it ironic that it was spoken such matter of factly by a fan of a team whose stadium is in the same running for worst.
I mentioned both Stadium and Facilities and UT being near or at the bottom in both. Having both at the bottom with the athletic budget of UT is unacceptable. Vanderbilt does what it can given the space for the field but really has built it’s program around it’s facilities and coaching. Players don’t care how far fans walk to get nachos and most Vanderbilt fans really don’t care given the quality of baseball they have had over a decade.
