The Official #5 Tennessee vs. Missouri Game Thread, 12:00 PM ET, CBS

Let's not forget that this is a good Missouri defense. Despite what seemed like an ugly half, UT is on pace to put up big numbers offensively.

If you read this thread without context you would think we’re trailing 28-17
Exactly, we’re gonna cover the spread. The committee knows missouris defense hasn’t given up more then 26 the whole season… Tennessee offense did that in the first half and left points on the field. We’ll be fine y’all take a breathe eat something before ur next brooski lol

Not gonna cut it. This is not gonna be a popular statement but, we are not a playoff team. Flame away.
I totally agree. We don’t have enough production on defense and offensively we don’t handle pressure well. I can’t believe we aren’t dialing up a middle screen on pressure downs.

365 yards on Missouri in the first half. They are giving up 303 a game this year. That's pretty solid. Also the most points they've given up in an SEC game all season.

Let’s put up another 300 this half and find a way to shut down their offense.

Statistically, this team should get an INT this half.

Ill probably take heat for this. Kentucky isn't doing us any favors either. Hanging on to a top 25 win helps us. Kentucky losing to Vanderbilt helps us in no way.

Up 11 at half following a disappointing loss. Less than average offensive play, a penalty, and one sleep walking fourth down play are all that’s looked bad.

We are literally half-assing it today and are up two scores. What else do you want?
