Conventional wisdom would make you think that being up 9 when you only shot 28% and DK only had 4 means you will shoot better in the 2nd half and win. But this is Tennessee so who knows if the offense will come back. Hope it does. 20 minutes to the Sweet 16.

The one that stands out to me was Michigan a few years ago in NCAA Tournament. We had that game wrapped up and our offense just disappeared for a large chunk of the 2nd quarter which cost us the game.

Not a perfect half, but I'm very relieved that Barnes had the boys ready with a good game plan to avoid a slow start. Good basketball so far, and good coaching by Barnes.

Up 9 shooting 28 percent and 7.7 from deep. That has to be a little encouraging.
