The Official #6 Tennessee @ #15 Oklahoma Game Thread, 7:30 PM ET, ABC

they score here got to be rdy for onside kick
Yes, but I think they will kick and call timeouts each time we run up the middle. That’s will give them about a minute and a half left to drive down the field. That’s assuming we give up a TD and 2 point conversion here

This feels like one of those late 90s Fulmer games where we were clearly the better team and got leads, and then Fulmer would go to Chavis and say “ok, hold them off” and then all of us Vol fans would spend the fourth quarter yelling at anyone and everyone around us about playing not to lose.

Lets just get out of here with the win and move on. Its been an exhausting week hearing about Coach Hype's homecoming.

If you can’t get a foot you don’t trust your OL to block the man in front of them.

He didn’t go because it’s Oklahoma.
He didn’t because the field goal was sure fire way to make a 2 score 2X 2pt game. You bet on your D when they our the best group on the field

Moreso than it should be. This should’ve been a blowout.

With a healthy OL, Heupel runs this one up to a blowout.

With a banged up OL, he chose to go conservative and just win.

We have to grow our OL depth because Davis is horrendous.

Defense has played lights out from start to finish. Offense needs to strike screen passes at the LOS from the playbook permanently. They do not work against experienced defenders with speed.

We can’t let teams like this hang around with conservative play.

Are they “hanging around” what are the actual odds any team scores twice in this time span and gets 2 2 point conversions?

2 2 point conversions alone is about a 25% chance. Take that and multiple by the odds of recovering an on side kick. Then the odds of them scoring after the onside kick.

That’s probably <1%
